What if I do not like my item? Can I get a refund?
If your item is not what you expected, You have 10 days to contact me. I will be happy to give you store credit for the original purchase amount. Or you will be refunded the original purchase price minue 30% ( which will include)restocking and original postage charges. So if you paid $10 for an item, your refund would be $7.You must pay return shipping, and upon receipt of item, you will receive your store credit or cash refund.

Yes I do for a flat rate of $5.-- no matter how many items are purchased as long as they are paid for at the same time.

How do you ship the items?
Everything is shipped first class via USPS. It usually arrives in 3-5 days. Please keep in mind that I have no control over the postal time. I will provide a tracking number so that you can follow its progress.

What if my piece does not fit properly?
Please check your measurements before purchasing to ensure correct sizes. If need be, email me and I can make the needed adjustments if possible. Note that on some items, resizing is not possible

Yes, but I will let you know if the item you want is something I cannot make or get supplies for.I charge according to material cost for these items.
